【FY2024 only】APC Support under the "Open Access Acceleration Project"
University of Tsukuba has been selected for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "Open Access Acceleration Project."
Under this project, we will support the "Article Publication Charge (APC)" required to make articles open access for the faculty members of the University of Tsukuba. Please refer to the following website for the conditions of the support, such as the papers to be supported, the period of support, and the amount of support, etc., and make use of the support.

Article Processing Charge (APC) Waivers and Discounts
Some publishers require authors to pay APC (Article Processing Charge) if they wish to arrange their articles for open access.
Members of University of Tsukuba may be able to receive waivers or discounts of APC based on the contract and subscription of University of Tsukuba.

University of Tsukuba requires to unify the method of inputting the expenditure on article submission (including APC) to FAIR Financial Accounting System.
