Reserving Books on Loan

If the book you want to borrow is out on loan, you can make a reservation.
You can reserve up to 5 books including requests for delivery within the university.
When your items are ready, we will notify you by email sent to the address registered in your “My Library” settings.

Which books can be reserved?

Notice will be sent to your registered email address when the book is available.

(To cancel, go to "My Library")
↓
Receive the book at the main counter of the library that holds the book.
General books (on long-term loan for research)Graduate students & Faculty members & Professor emeritus
 

Search a book on Tulips Search (OPAC Search)
↓
Main counter of the library that you want to receive the book, and fill in the application form.
Tsukuba Campus:Weekdays 9:00-17:00
Tokyo Campus: Mon. 10:30-18:30, Tue.-Fri. 10:00-21:10, Sat. 11:30-19:50
↓
Notice will be sent to your email address when the book is available.
↓
Receive the book at the main counter of the library that you applied the book.

★This service provides a temporary loan from the faculty member who is using the book. The service may not be available depending on circumstances.
