Finding Journal Articles

Article Search

The basic databases that can be used to search for journal articles are introduced here.
In some databases, it is possible to use the entire text, along with the bibliographic information. It is possible to view the full text and check whether an article is in the collection using Tulips-Linker.

Refer to the Database List for the databases that can be searched for each field.

This database contains information on Japanese academic articles, academic journals, and university research bulletins.こちらfor details.

Web OYA-bunko  (Access only from on-campus)

The collection focuses on general-interest publications, such as weekly magazines, general topic magazines, fashion magazines and women’s magazines. Bibliographic information only.

Web Of Science (Access only from on-campus)

Web of Science is a citation index characterized by content from top-quality academic journals that have been carefully selected. The full-text link is linked to the e-journals that can be accessed from within the university.

ProQuest Central (Access only from on-campus)

This database covers a wide range of academic fields, from humanities and social sciences to natural science fields. It includes journal articles, newspaper article full text, degree dissertations, various reports etc.

The full-text link provides access to a PDF or text format version of the complete text.
