Although the Otsuka Library was temporarily closed from July 2nd(Thu.) through July 11th(Sat.) according to "About temporary closing of the Otsuka Library" on July 6th ( https://www.tulips.tsukuba.ac.jp/lib/index.php/en/information/20200706 ), it will be opened from July 14th(Tue.) as follows taking measures to prevent the spread of infection.

To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the all libraries was closed from April 21, however, in response to " Change in the Mode of Operations Based on the COVID-19 Situation", the Library of University of Tsukuba Library will be opened as follows with measures to control the spread of the new coronavirus.
Restriction on IP address of SciFinder (Academic) was temporarily removed.
It used to be until June 15,2020, but it was extended until October 18,2020.
