1940年と1964年の東京オリンピックに際して日本がどのようにオリンピックを受容していったのかを、現在展示中のオリンピック関連書籍やコレクションから考えていきます。
筑波大学に縁の深い嘉納治五郎氏・金栗四三氏のお話や、NHK大河ドラマ「いだてん」の裏話など、ここでしか聞けない話題が盛りだくさんです。
