The exhibition room of the central library was temporarily closed from April 16th 2020.
It will be opened from May 6th(Thu.) as follows taking measures to prevent the spread of infection.

Some publishers require authors to pay APC (Article Processing Charge) if they wish to arrange their articles for open access.
