Temporary suspension of the Tsukuba Repository due to emergency maintenance


Due to the migration of the Tsukuba Repository system, the provider of the repository has announced an emergency maintenance.

During the following period, browsing and searching functions of the Tsukuba Repository will be unavailable.

360°VR Panoramas (Central Library)

 University of Tsukuba Library 360°VR (Virtual Reality) panoramas provide 360° photos of the facilities of the Central Library and allow you to experience the environment and the atmosphere of the library without physically going there.

 Not only for those who cannot visit the library due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, but also for those who use the library, the contents will help you discover unfamiliar places and new attractions. We hope you enjoy it.

We accept questions through the online chat (Trial)

We provide the Virtual Reference Service using online chat as a remote access for library services.
You can find the [チャットで質問 / Ask by chat] button on the bottom right of “Research Consultation” page.

Period: From March 15, 2021 to March 31, 2022
Service Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. (excluding holidays)
The following image shows we accept questions until 12:15, but it changed until 12:00.

Notice for Users expiring on 3/31(Graduating Students / Repeating Students / Faculties and Staffs / etc. )

Extension

For undergraduate and graduate students in their final year whose student status will remain the same in the following year due to repeating another year or for other reasons, library service can be available upon request.
Please ask at the main counter of each library after doing procedure for an extension of expiration date at your Academic Service Office.
