Based on the state of emergency, the operations of Otsuka Library will be changed as follows from January 12, 2021.
Although the Otsuka Library was temporarily closed from July 2nd(Thu.) through July 11th(Sat.) according to "About temporary closing of the Otsuka Library" on July 6th ( https://www.tulips.tsukuba.ac.jp/lib/index.php/en/information/20200706 ), it will be opened from July 14th(Tue.) as follows taking measures to prevent the spread of infection.

We decided to close libraries at Tsukuba Campus(Otsuka Lib.) at 18:00 due to typhoon on August 8th(Wed.)
We will open from 12:00 on August 9th(Thu.).

Otsuka Library will be closed 8/13 to 8/17 for the Summer Holiday.
But those who qualified for the extended-hours utilization of Otsuka Library can use library.
Summer Holiday: August 13th (Mon.) - August 17th (Fri.)
The extended-hours utilization hour: 9:00 - 23:00

During the summer holiday, the library system is in operation.
But, there is no Library staff, so any questions or any troubles are not able to be dealt with.
