The following problem were resolved on June 13, 2024.
Please refer to "When the message "You do not have a permission to access to the page on this server." appeared and you cannot log in" (Posted on July 23, 2024) for information on current problem.
Currently, we are occasionally experiencing an error message "You do not have a permission to access to the page on this server." even though you have logged in to the library website with the correct ID and password.
Please try the following options to get back to normal access to the library website.
- Use a different browser
- Use the incognito mode of your browser
- Open "Incognito window" for Chrome, "InPrivate window" for Edge, "Private window" for Firefox, "Private window" or "Private tab" for Safari, etc. from the browser menu.
- Delete cookies
- Please refer to your browser's help file as it varies depending on the browser you are using. Here are some examples:
- Chrome: Delete cookies from a site - Google Chrome Help Search for "tulips" and delete them.
- Edge: Delete cookies from a specific site - Microsoft Edge support Search for "tulips" and delete them.
- Firefox: Clear cookies for the current website - Mozilla support
- Safari (Mac): Remove stored cookies and data - Safari User Guide Delete cookies of tsukuba.ac.jp.
- Please refer to your browser's help file as it varies depending on the browser you are using. Here are some examples:
