When the message "You do not have a permission to access to the page on this server." appeared and you cannot log in even though you have logged in to the library website with the correct ID and password, it may be resolved by closing all open pages in your browser (closing the browser completely).
If your browser is set to "Continue where you left off", it will not be resolved even if you close the browser, so please change it to "Open the New Tab Page" before closing the browser.
Example for Chrome
- Open "Settings" in the upper right three vertical dots menu.
- In the "On startup" menu, select "Open the New Tab page".
- (If that is already selected, leave it as it is.)
- Close the browser.
