[Finished] Library web services and in-library services temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance (Feb 28)

Due to the maintenance of the servers, some services will be unavailable during the following period.

Tuesday, February 28, 2023, from 11 am to 12 pm

Following services will be stopped sequentially for 5 to 10 minutes sometime during the above time period.
*Library website may be stopped for about 30 minutes after the maintenance.
If you are unable to use the service, please wait a while and try again.

[Finished Feb 15] Temporary Suspension of EJ/DB Remote Access Service (9 am–10 am)

Due to the maintenance of the servers, e-journals, e-books and databases remote access service (Tulips Warp) will be unavailable during Wednesday, February 8, 2023, 9 am to 10 am and Wednesday, February 15, 2023, 9 am to 10 am.

Notice Regarding "Prepaid Cards" for Private Expense Copy Machines

The installer has informed that "Prepaid Card" which can be used at the copy machines for private expense at the Central Library and the A&PE Library will be discontinued.
End of sale: Feb 28, 2023
End of availability: Mar 31, 2024
The settlement will be announced separately if the prepaid card is not used up by the expiration date.
The notice from the installer is posted on the Prepaid Cards vending machines.

Looking for New Learning Advisers in 2023

We are looking for the graduate students as New Learning Adviser of the Central Library in 2023.
All the applicants for Learning Adviser should be able to speak, read and write the Japanese language.
*Application period: December 20th, 2022 to January 17th, 2023.
