We have received a report from the system provider that the "Usage Statistics Report" sent from the repository system every month was sent only to some of the users who had requested to receive it after the transition to the new system.
We have received a report from the system provider that after the transition to the new system, the Usage Statistics Report was sent to only some of the users who requested it.
We have found out that there was a problem with the provider's system from September 29 (Wed.) to October 6 (Wed.) during the "Free Ebook Trial Campaign" which was running until October 6. Due to this problem, purchase requests sent from Kinokuniya KinoDen during this period may not have been delivered to the library.
The following problem has been resolved.(2021/11/25)

As of Oct. 29, you may not be able to download PDF files from Wiley Online Library from off-campus. (You can browse the full text.)

Every month, Tsukuba Repository sends out a "Usage Statistics Report" on the number of content accesses and downloads from the provider.
Currently, there is a problem with the "Usage Statistics Report" that the numbers are not correct.
The system provider is working on the problem, but it will take some time to resolve it. We will let you know when the problem is resolved.
