Student in your final year who remain enrolled with the same status next year

For undergraduate and graduate students in their final year who remain enrolled with the same status next year-such as those repeating a year or for other reasons, library service can be available upon request.

After completing the necessary procedure at your academic service office from March onward, please visit the main counter of each library to request it.

Graduating Students on March 31, 2026 / Non-degree students with Student ID card expiring on March 31, 2026 / Undergraduate students going on to graduate school of this university

Pease return all books by March 31. If you lost the book you borrowed, please contact the library as soon as possible.

The following information registered in your undergraduate account will not be carried over after April. Please save and export your data before March 31.

• "My Library" loan history and bookmarks
• Borrow books reserved under your undergraduate ID

If you would like to use these services in March as well, please ask at reference desk of each library or contact us by email(voice@tulips.tsukuba.ac.jp).We will accept your request only if you are able to pick up the materials (or return them if they are on loan) by the end of March. If you go on to graduate school, you can use the service from April with a new ID without any special procedures.

Using the library after graduation

For those who wish to continue using the library after graduation, a library card for Alumni can be issued. Please refer to the following webpage for details.
