[Update as of April 9, 2026, 10:46 am]
The issue has been resolved, and users whose library card ID starts with 002 or 004 can now change or reissue their passwords.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
We have confirmed an issue where changes made on the "Update your password" page introduced on the "Your ID and Password" page are not reflected on the Library website, even though the system displays a success message.
When you enter a new password on the "Update your password" page and click "Update," the following message is displayed:

It may take a little time until the new password is in effect.
We are currently investigating the cause. In the meantime, you can log in using your previous password. If you are unable to log in with your changed password, please try signing in with your old password.
