When the University of Tsukuba Library does not have the books or journals you need, and you wish to visit the other university's/institution's library to use them, you can request to issue the letter of introduction.(On-campus members only)
The webform has been opened so that you can apply for issuing a letter of introduction without visiting the library.
Please log in to "My Library" and apply from "Request for the Letter of Introduction".
Even if the library you want to visit do not need a letter of introduction, if you have materials that you definitely want to use or if you need to contact the library you wish to visit in advance, please apply using this form.
- After completing the application, it will take about one week to issue it because we will contact the library you wish to visit.
- You will need to come to the library to receive the issued letter of introduction.
- Currently, due to the effects of the new coronavirus infection, many libraries are not allowed to use by outsiders.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your request.
Please see the page below for details on issuing a letter of introduction.
