[Resolved] [Recurred] Malfunction of Remote Access Service

Added on March 12:

If the message "アクセス権がありません。 We are sorry, but your account does not have access to this resource." is displayed on Remote Access service, you can now use it by the following procedure.

  • When logging in, please check the "Clear prior granting of permission for release of your information to this service" (in Japanese, 「送信する情報を再度表示して送信の可否を選択します。」) checkbox.
    * This checkbox was not displayed, but it is now displayed.
  • A screen for selecting the information to be provided to the service will appear.
  • The attributes "eduPersonAffiliation", "eduPersonScopedAffiliation", and "uid" are required to determine whether you have access to Remote Access service (EZproxy). Please click "Accept (同意) " with these checked.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
 

As of March 8, the following problems that have been occurring since March 1 to March 4 have recurred for some users of the Remote Access service.

  • When you select "Accept (同意)" after unchecking the checkbox on the screen for selecting personal information to be provided after logging in to the Unified Authentication, the message "アクセス権がありません。 (We are sorry, but your account does not have access to this resource.)" is displayed, and even if you visit again, you cannot redo the permission to provide personal information.

If you suspect a different situation is occurring, please mail to voice@tulips.tsukuba.ac.jp with the date and time you accessed the site and what screen was displayed.

The cause is under investigation.
