The mailing services of copying documents (paid by the university) will be ended on Wednesday, June 17.
- Application acceptance: Until Wednesday, June 17, 17:00
- Shipment: Until it is completed on Wednesday, June 17
- Applications made by Wednesday, June 17 will be provided free of charge.
- Copies that are ready to be handed over after Thursday, June 18 will, in principle, be handed over at the library after Friday, June 19.
If you have any circumstances that you cannot receive at the library, please feel free to contact us by replying to the notification email of the arrival of the materials.
Regular services of copying documents and loaning books (off campus) acceptance will resume on Friday, June 19.
Please come to the library and make a copy yourself, if you need materials there are on campus.
Requests to off campus will be charged and will be handed over at the library.
Please note that even if you made a mistake, you will be required to pay the fee.
Also, for applications after Friday, June 19, you will need to register "E-mail Service" and "Registration of Interlibrary loan online application (for private expense)" as usual. Please log in to "My Library" from the top page and register.

University of Tsukuba Library starts to offer mailing services of copying documents by online requests during the temporary closure.
Copying and mailing costs are paid by the university.
Students, or fuculties who don't have Budget Registration Code (BRC), please view the explanation of private expenses.
Target: Campus members
Period: from May 28 to June 17, 17:00.
Target materials: Books and journals held by University of Tsukuba (copied by staff), books and journals not held by University of Tsukuba (ordered outside, domestic only)
※ Please specify pages in accordance with copyright laws.
Priority: If you fall under ①②, please enter followed messages to the library. If not entered, it will be considered as ③.
① In case of the document required for classes, please write the class name in the "message to the library".
② In case of the document required for dissertation / graduation thesis writing, please write your professor’s name in the "message to the library".
③ Others (materials necessary for research / issues)
※ Processing will be done on a first-come, first-served basis according to the priority. However, it may be delayed due to difficulty regarding clerical work.

The information you provide will not be used for anything other than sending copies and inquiries.
