Due to a system problem related to a system update, the "もうすぐ返却期限/Upcoming due date of the books" emails that were supposed to be sent from March 2 to March 5 to users who had borrowed materials whose due date is from March 4 to March 7 were not sent.

The system problem was fixed around 1:50 pm on March 5, and these e-mails were sent with a delay.

In addition, on March 4 and March 5, we manually resent similar emails that had not been sent, for those who had borrowed materials whose due date is from March 4 to March 6.

As a result of the above, those users, including those who have already completed the return or renewal procedures, may have received multiple e-mails with the same or similar contents.
