Email Delivery Failure from the Library System (August 15–18)

Due to a network issue at the university, some emails from the library system were not delivered properly during the following period.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Period: Friday, August 15 – Monday, August 18, 2025
Affected Emails: Some emails sent from the library system
  • Example include:
    • Reminder emails sent two days before the due date
    • Overdue item return request emails
    • Notifications regarding reserved materials (e.g., arrival notifications)
    • Acknowledgment emails for facility reservations
    • Acknowledgment emails for copy or loan requests
    • Acknowledgment emails for purchase requests
    • New arrival notifications via OPAC
    • Emails sent from OPAC search results or bookmarks
    • and others
