When you can not access to Remote Access Service

If the message "アクセス権がありません。We are sorry, but your account does not have access to this resource." is displayed on EJ/DB Remote Access service (Tulips Warp), you can now use it by the following procedure.

  • If you are logged in, please log out once.
  • When logging in to the Unified Authentication System, please check the "Clear prior granting of permission for release of your information to this service" (in Japanese, 「送信する情報を再度表示して送信の可否を選択します。」) checkbox.
  • A screen for selecting information to be provided to the service will appear.
  • The attributes "eduPersonAffiliation", "eduPersonScopedAffiliation", and "uid" are required to determine whether you have access to Remote Access service (EZproxy). Please click "Accept (同意) " with these checked.
