Temporary Suspension of Library Materials due to Construction Work on Stacks (Updated November 13, 2024)

The Central Library and the Medical Library are scheduled to undergo construction of book shelves, etc. from November 2024 to March 2025.
Due to construction, we will temporarily suspend the use of materials as follows.
We would appreciate your understanding that the construction work will contribute to the improvement of the environment for using the materials.

Attachments 1 through 4 are the first reports of the restrictions on use.
We will issue a follow-up report as soon as the specific construction schedule and other details are finalized.

Emergency maintenance of Tsukuba Repository will be performed as follows.
All functions, including search and browsing, will be unavailable during the work period.
We will make an announcement when the system developer announces the resumption of service.

【Repost】Temporary Disconnection of the Library Website due to the Network Maintenance (Nov 2, 12:00 am to 2:00 am and Dec 21 3:00 am to 6:00 am)

Maintenance work on the upstream line that our university uses for external connections will be carried out on the following dates and times.
Library website, OPAC, My Library, Digital Collections, etc. will be temporarily unavailable during the work.
Tulips Search, Tulips Linker (link resolver), and Tsukuba Repository are available. Please use Tulips Search to search.

Looking for New Learning Advisers in 2025

We are looking for the graduate students as New Learning Adviser of the Central Library in 2025.
All the applicants for Learning Adviser should be able to speak, read and write the Japanese language.

A series of writing support seminars 2024 will begin. All seminars are in Japanese. 

読むこと、考えること、伝えること。高校までとは違う、大学での学びに必要なスキルをテーマ毎にご案内する、ライティング支援連続セミナーが始まります。
レポート作成や論文執筆など、大学特有の課題形式に取り組むスキルを伸ばしたい方に特にお薦めです。

受講対象者：筑波大学の関係者であればどなたでも受講できます。

会場：中央図書館本館2階ギャラリーゾーン（入館ゲートを入って直ぐ）
    　  事前申し込みは不要です。当日会場にお越しください。
         参加＆アンケート回答で図書館オリジナルグッズをプレゼントします。
