  • Services requiring login with IDs starting with 002 or 004
    • Affected Users: Users whose 13-digit library ID begins with 002 or 004, such as emeritus professors, some researchers, Tsukuba Associates, and external users with library cards. These users log in via the library authentication system (light blue button on the authentication screen).
    • Affected Services: All services that require login, including but not limited to the following
       
      • My Library
      • Renewal (extension) of loan periods
      • Books reservation and delivery requests
      • Interlibrary loan books / Document delivery from other libraries
      • e-DDS
      • Scan & PDF Delivery Service
      • Book purchase requests
      • Requests for books recommended by students and faculty
      • Facility reservation system
      • EJ/DB Remote Access (Tulips Warp)
    • Note: Some of these services may already be limited depending on the user category.
