Registration was previously required for the first time for ordering photocopies and books from off-campus institutions at private expense online but is no longer necessary from April 1, 2023.
Students, faculty and staff can request copies of articles and books from other universities through databases such as Tulips Search and OPAC without prior registration.

Although registration is no longer required, ordering from other libraries will continue to be a paid service.
The copies of articles and borrowed books will arrive at the reference desk or the counter of each library in exchange for a fee.
