We provide the Virtual Reference Service using online chat as a remote access for library services.
You can find the [チャットで質問 / Ask by chat] button on the bottom right of “Contact us” or “Services” page. The pages with the chat button are subject to change without notice.
You can communicate with librarians in real-time or use a chatbot.
Service Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. (excluding holidays)
Period: From March 15, 2021 (The trial period has been extended.)
