[Notice of Event being Held] Briefing session on partial revision of Copyright Act

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation on the projects of the library.

The "Law to revise part of Copyright Act" was established on May 18th 2018 at the 196th ordinary Diet session, promulgated as Law No. 30 of Heisei 30 on May 25th 2018, except for some provisions, it will be enforced on January 1st, 2019. This amendment includes content that affects educational institutions, such as amendment of Article 35 (Reproduction, etc. in schools and other educational institutions).

In view of these legal backgrounds, we also held a briefing session mainly for researchers, to comply with social discipline and deepen relevant knowledge in order to conduct smooth education and research activities as follows. Thank you for your participation by all means.
