ICDD (JCPDS) X-ray diffraction CD-ROM (PDF-2) database

It is possible to perform JCPDS card search by substance name/ mineral name/ 3 most intense lines / 10 most intense lines / element symbol, etc.; and to select the beam source and bar graph display with the vertical axis as either the d value or ２θ; as well as to print the bar graph and copy it to the clipboard.
In addition, any item of the card data can be saved as text; and there are functions such as creating images of the waveform created from the bar graph.

Data in this database will be updated until FY2019, but the database itself will be available until November 1st, 2024.
