Relaxation of Library Usage Restrictions Due to Changes in the Mode of Operations of Our University

Using restriction of Seminar rooms and Multiple-Purpose rooms has relaxed from the reservation on May 9th (Tue.) as below.

  • -Available hours has extended to 3 hours up from 90 minutes.
  • -Number of member has changed
    (Usable number of each rooms are available at the Facility reservation system on the library website.)

[Finished] [Apr 20] Temporary Suspension of EJ/DB Remote Access Service (9 am–10 am)

Due to the maintenance of the servers, e-journals, e-books and databases remote access service (Tulips Warp) will be unavailable during Thursday, April 20, 2023, 9 am to 10 am.

During the maintenance, e-journals, e-books, databases, etc. subscribed to by the University will not be available from off-campus.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please come to the university and use the following methods.

[4/6 resolved] Unable to check OPAC holdings from Tulips Linker when accessing via remote access

The following problem have been resolved on April 6.

Currently, there is a problem that "Loading error" is displayed when clicking "OPAC (Library Catalog)" in Tulips Linker when each database is used via remote access ("R" icon), and the search results are not displayed.

If you are in a hurry, you can use the following databases by logging in with unified authentication as described in "When Tulips Warp is unavailable..." on the following page.

Registration of Interlibrary loan online application (for private expense) is no longer required.

Registration was previously required for the first time for ordering photocopies and books from off-campus institutions at private expense online but is no longer necessary from April 1, 2023.
Students, faculty and staff can request copies of articles and books from other universities through databases such as Tulips Search and OPAC without prior registration.
